This weekend was one of those perfect I-would-do-anything-to-freeze-it-in-time weekends of magic moments with my delightful Hannah. The weather was absolutely gorgeous and perfect and amazing. The trees are full of the new bright spring green or breathtakingly beautiful flowers - pink, yellow, red, white. When the light breeze rolls through little white petals dust the earth - it's spectacular. The world even smells fresh and new.
And after an ear infection, getting home later than normal as her dad tried to frantically make up hours, and adjusting to the toddler room, Hannah was finally not just herself this weekend, she was a magic toddler. Full of adventure and sweetness and snuggles and giggles and wobbly steps. She was amazing and delicious and full of the moments you dream of when you contemplate if you would enjoy being a mom. Her new teeth toothy grin, her inch or two of hair that curls around her crown when it's damp, and a light in her eyes that takes your breath away, I did everything I could to soak in our moments this weekend and cherish the magic. Thank you Hannah :)
